Brune Jatsch Partners (BJP) is an award-winning practice for architecture, urban planning and design consultation. Founded by Wolfgang Brune and Markus Jatsch, the RIBA chartered firm is based in London and Munich and has over 15 years of work experience in Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East.
BJP is pursuing a rigorous search for new potentials in architecture through which to discover and implement specific, thoughtful, and unexpected solutions. A strong emphasis is given to a critical design process to create buildings and spaces that maintain a close relationship between the context of the project and the client's requirements. BJP undertakes process-led work of widely varying typologies for private, commercial and public sector clients. BJP works closely together with an international team of specialists to ensure the best results are achieved through a synthesis of design, sustainability and economics.
The practice recently completed a private house in Schilde, Belgium, a nursery school in Munich, Germany, the Institute for Hydro Sciences at the Munich University of the Federal Armed Forces and the Memorial Museum Leistikowstrasse in Potsdam, Germany. Current projects include the Bavarian State Archaeological Collection at Burg Grünwald, Germany, the Chongqing Business Club in China and a multi-generational house in Bush End, UK.
